Church's Chicken® "Get Spicy & Win" Game
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

1. HOW IT WORKS:
Beginning 8/21/2006 through 9/24/2006 ("Promotion Period"), when you purchase a specially marked regular soft drink at a participating Church's Chicken® restaurant, you may receive a peel & reveal game piece ("Game Piece") on the side of the cup, while supplies last. Peel back the cover of the Game Piece to reveal a message. If your Game Piece reveals the winning message: "Winner! Enter code at www.churchs.com by 11:59 PM ET on 10/16/06 to see what you have won," then, go to www.churchs.com and enter the official game code ("Game Code") that appears on your Game Piece by 11:59 p.m. ET on 10/16/2006. Upon entering your Game Code, if the instant Grand Prize winning message "Grand Prize! 2006 Chrysler 300C" or the First Prize winning message "First Prize! Church's Spicy Family Meal," is instantly displayed, you are eligible to claim the prize specified (subject to verification). Or, if your Game Piece reveals one of the Second Prize winning messages: "FREE FAMILY MEAL 8-piece mix, family mash, 4 biscuits" or "FREE SPICY 2 PC MIXED VALUE COMBO" or "ONE FREE PIECE OF SPICY CHICKEN" or one of the Offer messages: "FREE SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH with any soft drink purchase" or "3 FREE BISCUITS with any chicken purchase" or "50¢ REGULAR SOFT DRINK" or "FREE APPLE PIE with any chicken meal or combo purchase" or "FREE REGULAR FRIES with any purchase" or "FREE REGULAR MASHED POTATOES with any purchase", or "FREE LARGE MASHED POTATOES with 10-pc or more chicken purchase" you are eligible to claim/redeem the prize/offer specified (subject to verification). See Rule #3 to claim/redeem a prize/offer. For a free chance to play, see Rule #2. If your Game Piece reveals any message other than the winning messages stated above, or is blank, you are not a winner/offer receipient.

2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY:
For a free Game Piece, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope, to: Church's Chicken "Get Spicy & Win" Requests, P.O. Box 72679, Dept. B, Rockford, MN 55572, to be received by 9/30/2006. Limit one request per stamped envelope. All requests must be handwritten. No mechanically reproduced requests permitted. Or, request a free Game Piece, available while supplies last, behind the counter at participating Church's Chicken restaurants. Odds of winning instantly are the same as stated in Rule #5.

3. TO CLAIM THE GRAND PRIZE:
After you have visited www.churchs.com and received the Grand Prize winning message, make a photocopy of your Game Piece for your records and mail entire official Grand Prize Game Piece, along with your complete name, street address (no P.O. Boxes) city, state, zip code, phone number and date of birth, hand-printed on a 3" x 5" paper, to: Church's Chicken "Get Spicy & Win" Claims, P.O. Box 554, Rockford, MN 55572. Prize claims must be received by 10/23/2006. GRAND PRIZE CLAIM MUST BE MAILED VIA REGISTERED MAIL ONLY. Verified winner will be notified by mail and/or phone. TO CLAIM A FIRST PRIZE: After you have visited www.churchs.com and received the First Prize winning message, make a photocopy of your Game Piece for your records, mail entire official First Prize Game Piece, along with your complete name, street address (no P.O. Boxes) city, state, zip code, phone number and date of birth, hand-printed on a 3" x 5" paper, to: Church's Chicken "Get Spicy & Win" Claims, P.O. Box 72642, Dept. B, Rockford, MN 55572. Prize claims must be received by 10/23/2006. Verified winners will be notified by mail. TO CLAIM/REDEEM A SECOND PRIZE/OFFER: Redeem your entire game piece in person, on your next visit to a participating Church's Chicken restaurant by 11/30/2006. Limit one per customer, per visit. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Valid on regular priced menu items only. No cash value. Expires on 11/30/2006. NOTE: any applicable sales tax is the responsibility of the winner/offer recipient. DO NOT MAIL SECOND PRIZES/OFFERS.

4. VERIFICATION:
All claims are subject to verification. Decisions of the judges are final. In the event of a printing, production or other error or irregular Game Piece, neither Cajun Operating Company d/b/a Church's Chicken, The Coca Cola Company, Beverage Partners Worldwide (North America), CCDA Waters, L.L.C., Coca Cola Bottlers, DiamlerChrysler, nor their respective agents and agencies shall have any liability. If, due to a printing, production or other error, more winning Game Pieces are distributed or more prizes/offers are claimed/redeemed than are intended to be awarded for any prize/offer level per Rule #5, those prizes/offers will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize/offer claims/redemptions received for that prize/offer level. In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated number of prizes/offers per Rule #5. Any Game Piece that is illegible, mutilated, altered, duplicated, tampered with, forged, cut, torn, contains printing, typographical, mechanical or other errors, was not obtained legitimately or was distributed where prohibited by law is null and void. Game Pieces may not be transferred or sold. Only Game Pieces obtained via Rule #1 or Rule #2 shall be deemed to have been obtained legitimately.

5. APPROXIMATE NUMBER OF AVAILABLE PRIZES/OFFERS, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES ("ARV") & APPROXIMATE ODDS OF WINNING A PRIZE/OFFER INSTANTLY
(ODDS ARE BASED ON ALL AVAILABLE GAME PIECES BEING DISTRIBUTED. UNCLAIMED PRIZES/OFFERS WILL NOT BE AWARDED.): (1) Grand Prize – A 2006 Chrysler 300C with Sponsor-specified options. WINNER AGREES TO ACCEPT GRAND PRIZE "AS IS," AND SPONSOR MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Grand Prize Winner shall look solely to the manufacturer for such warranties, if any. Grand Prize Winner must be a licensed driver and must present a current valid driver's license and proof of insurance prior to taking possession of vehicle. Winner is responsible for all title, license, registration, taxes, insurance, and any non-standard options added to the vehicle at winner's request and any expenses not listed related to acceptance and use of prize. At time of award of vehicle, Grand Prize winner will assume full ownership and responsibility for the vehicle. Minimum ARV: $36,000.00. Odds 1:4,130,417. Offers – (826,000) Three (3) free biscuits with any chicken purchase. ARV: $1.35. Odds 1:5; or (1,376,000) 50 cents for a regular soft drink. ARV: $0.59. Odds 1:3; or (82,600) One (1) free spicy chicken sandwich with purchase of any soft drink. ARV: $0.99. Odds 1:50; or (206,500) One (1) free apple pie with any chicken meal or combo purchase. ARV: $1.09. Odds 1:20; or (206,500) One (1) free regular fries with any purchase. ARV: $1.19. Odds 1:20; or (826,000) One (1) free regular mashed potatoes with any purchase ARV: $1.19. Odds 1:5; or (413,000) One (1) free large mashed potatoes with 10 piece or more chicken purchase. ARV: $2.39. Odds 1:10. Prizes/offers consist of only the items specifically listed as part of the prize/offer.

6. GENERAL RULES:
Open to residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia ("DC"), who are 18 years of age or older as of 8/21/2006. Employees of Cajun Operating Company d/b/a Church's Chicken and their "Promotional Participants" (i.e. The Coca-Cola Company, Beverage Partners Worldwide (North America), CCDA Waters L.L.C., Coca-Cola Bottlers, DiamlerChrysler and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and suppliers involved in this promotion) and the immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, husband, wife, daughter, son, step-father, step-mother, step-daughter, step-son, step brother, step-sister, half-brother, half-sister) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. Not responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, incomplete, illegible, mutilated or misdirected claims, claims not received by the claim deadline, incorrect announcements of any kind, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer hardware or software or other technical errors or failures of any kind, including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the promotion; unauthorized human intervention; failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic, that may limit a users ability to participate in the promotion, including without limitation, the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online regardless of cause. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules. INTERNET CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail filtering by a user's Internet service provider and/or e-mail client or insufficient space in user's e-mail account to receive e-mail. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the online portion of the Sweepstakes if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Sweepstakes or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the program as determined by Sponsor/judging agency/administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of termination of the online portion of the program, a notice will be posted online and a random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible claims received prior to the time of termination. In the event a dispute arises regarding specific individual entitled to receive prize, claim made by Internet will be declared made by the "authorized e-mail account holder" and any damage made to the Web site will also be the responsibility of the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized e-mail account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Participant may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the participant is the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address associated with the account/submission. Proof of submitting claim will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prize/offer by winner/offer recipient permitted. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All materials submitted become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. If the Grand Prize winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence, prize will be awarded in name of parent or legal guardian. Potential Grand Prize winner (or winner's parent/legal guardian if winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Publicity Release Form within 14 days of notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification. Return of any prize/offer or prize/offer notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize/offer of equal or greater value. Acceptance of prize/offer constitutes permission to the Sponsor, its Promotional Participants and their agencies to use winner's/offer recipient's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize/offer, winners/offer recipients (or winner's/offer recipient's parent/legal guardian, if winner/offer recipient is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) agree to hold harmless Sponsor, its Promotional Participants and their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, against any and all claims, damages, losses, expenses and liability arising out of acceptance or use of prize/offer. Entrants (or entrant's parent/legal guardian, if entrant is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or the acceptance or use of any prize/offer. By participating in this promotion, entrants (or entrant's parent/legal guardian, if entrant is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsor and the Promotional Participants are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prize/offer or in the administration of the promotion.
