OFFICIAL RULES FOR THE FREE CHICKEN FOR A YEAR PROMOTION

No Purchase is Necessary to Participate. Purchase Does Not Improve Chances of Winning.

1. Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States or DC – except residents of Florida and New York – who are at least 18 years old. Employees of Cajun Operating Company (“Church’s®“), as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of those employees, are not eligible to enter. Void in Florida, New York, and where prohibited.

2. Entry Period: The Entry Period begins at 1:00 AM ET on April 11, 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on September 4, 2024 (the “Entry Period”):

3. How to Enter: Sign up for the Church’s® Real Rewards™ loyalty program in order to automatically gain entry to Sweepstakes. Signing up is free. (If you already signed up, you will automatically receive an entry.) There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. By entering you indicate your agreement to these Official Rules and Church’s® decisions regarding the Promotion, which are final and binding.

4. Selection Process: On or about September 9, 2024, five hundred (500) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing by representatives of Church’s® from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Church’s® will make two (2) attempts to notify potential winner(s) at the phone number and/or email address submitted at time of entry. If a potential winner cannot be reached, is found to be ineligible, cannot or do not comply with these Official Rules, or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, he/she will be disqualified and time permitting, at Church’s® sole discretion, an alternate potential winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

5. Potential Winner Requirements: Each potential winner may be required to sign and return a declaration of eligibility and a liability release. Church’s® reserves the right to disqualify any potential winner who does not return the required documents within three (3) days of notification.

6. Privacy: Entrants will have the opportunity to opt-in to receive promotional materials from Church’s® by checking the appropriate box(es) on the promotional kiosk at time of entry. If, at any time, you no longer wish to receive promotional materials from Church’s®, please go to our privacy policy, located at https://www.churchs.com/privacy-policy/ and follow the procedures indicated.

7. Winner Benefits and Obligations: Any information you submit as part of this Promotion will be subject to Church’s® privacy policy, located at https://www.churchs.com/privacy-policy/.

8. General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Promotion is impaired in any way, Church’s® may, in its sole discretion: (a) extend the deadlines provided above; (b) suspend the Promotion to address the impairment and then resume the Promotion; or (c) award the prizes according to the procedures set forth above from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Church’s® reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and seek damages from any individual or business who tampers with the operation of the Promotion, violates these Official Rules or Participation Agreement, or acts in a manner that may cause harm to Church’s® reputation or brand. Church’s® failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Proof of sending any communication to Church’s® by mail shall not be deemed proof of receipt of that communication by Church’s®. The Promotion is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

9. Release and Limitations of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Church’s®, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion; (b) technical errors related that may impede participation; (c) lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (d) errors in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of Submissions; or (e) injury or damage to persons or property. You further agree that in any cause of action, in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

Disputes: Except where prohibited, you agree that any disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Promotion or any prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by a federal or state court located in Atlanta, GA. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or Church’s® rights and obligations in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Georgia.
